Moxie is “that intangible thing”, that heartfelt, courageous knowing, that allows us to leap with trust, believing that the outcome will be as it is intended. Rooted in the heart, Moxie is what answers the call of a challenge by standing tall and saying, “I can make it happen”. Good Heart + Courageous Spirit = Good Moxie
By answering the question: “How did you get here from there?” we can help others overcome their fears and take their own leaps. Through healthy eating, yoga, and a deep spiritual experience in meditation, Deena found courage, daring and spirit (Moxie) to remove anxiety and bring into her life love and purpose.

Good Moxie

My loving husband tries so hard not to bring up politics first thing in the morning because he knows I don’t like to start my day that way, however today he brought up something that got us on a tangent that reminded me of my grandfather. ❤️
My Pa was a physician in Canada and the smartest man I have ever known. He taught me volumes about life and science and money and the way the world works. He was the strong/silent type who taught me how to stand in a man’s world (but that another topic).👩‍⚕️
My Pa once made a random comment as he watched the nightly news... he said, “We need a good plague”.
I remember being mortified when I heard it and I didn’t understand why he would say it. I understand now.
Unrelated to politics and so much more important, I think we have a slow moving plague right now. It’s chronic disease. I’m thinking more and more on the implications of that lately...
What are your thoughts on that???

“I am not your rolling wheels. I am the highway. I am not your carpet ride. I am the sky.” One of my favorite songs... still.

I just read this and it reminded me of Saturday mornings when my mom blasted John Denver on the 8-track. ❤️

“And reach for the heavens
And hope for the future
And all that we can be
And not what we are.”
(The Eagle and the Hawk,1972)

Knowing is not enough, we must apply.
Willing is not enough, we must do.
